It actually locks me out after 2 tries (this time it's my phone's UI update that caused a mistake) and I have to physically call the bank (nooooo!) and get things straightened. You also have to constantly update your password, despite having a fingerprint passkey. If I *can* log in, it has everything I need. |

The last year or so I haven't been able to actually use the pin I set to get into the app and have had to type in my information in public and take like 2 minutes just to check my balence. There's nowhere to submit feedback or report app issues, except here, I guess. |
