Great food, horrible app and horrible loyalty program!! You have to spend $100+ before even getting a $10 reward which doesn't even cover a bowl nor wrap and it asks for your birthdate but doesn't give you a birthday reward. It's also difficult to order/customize with the app!!!

Too complicated to use. Can't tell where order is. No way to contact delivery person. No notifications even though I enabled them. Wil arbitrarily switch your order to pickup when you need delivery and then tell you it's your fault and you're out the money. And they post non-functioning phone numbers so you can't call to complain.
