Was working for several months and had no issues. Ordered and not a big deal. Recently ran into an issue where I couldn't finilize checkout after going through all the ticks. There's a part where you're supposed to check/agree to the terms but can't be clicked anywhere. Contacted CS and got the usual canned response of how to update, uninstall, input everything, etc. when I specifically pointed out the error on their part. So my canned response is to give 1 star. Annoying as fvk!

App is easy to use but customer service is poor. They had to reschedule my order to the next day due to "unforeseen circumstances" which was okay, however, customer representatives are unresponsive to my request on preferred new delivery time or inquiry if I can opt for a refund instead
