I installed the app and it started acting up right away. I'm in the US and it kept asking for my country and US wasn't even an option. Then my phone started locking up and freezing right away. And since I couldn't get past the first page because my country wasn't an option, and with the way my phone started misbehaving I just uninstalled it immediately. I tried to reach their customer service to see if I had done something wrong but was unable to.

Aundrea R, 2025-01-27This app sucks and so does Mercado Libre. I've been waiting over two months for a refund for canceld orders. Worse customer service ever, every reply will be a different person that does have a clue what the problem is.
