The most helpful and quality language learning app I've used. The newer AI updates are A+. I've been an annual member for years. This app has helped me learn Portuguese (one of the few apps available for Portugal), Spanish and German. If I could change one thing: when the the locals speak or during video conversations - please slow way down. It's so helpful to hear locals speak, but the speed in which they talk makes it very difficult for those learning to understand and separate each word.

Memrise is better than any other app I've tried. It helps you learn your desired languages using common used words and gives context of how and when to use them. It shows videos of people using the words and if the language uses a different alphabet, it teaches you that too. I also enjoy the feature where it allows you to use an AI chat to practice using the language. The only thing that bothers me is that the AI chat uses words I don't know yet. Other than that, this app is perfect! ❤️
