| 2025-01-05 |  | | App needs work. I can log in, but I can't see my accounts. Updating the app doesn't help. I always end up having to call the bank for help. |
| 2023-08-24 |  | | The fingerprint login works for about a month. I'm prompted to input Password way too often even when fingerprint login is setup. Then have to reset/change password 10 times a year. That's a huge inconvenience . |

| 2022-03-01 |  | | I upgraded my phone to the new Samsung S22 Ultra and now the app doesn't work. I've forced stopped it, uninstalled it and everything I could think of and it still will not work. The app opens but the logo is very little on a white screen and it freezes the screen where I have to force it closed. |
