Ordered earrings,received wrong item.Requested return,but pickup delayed.Customer care unhelpful. Pickup person arrived, refused return,citing manager's orders to collect only matching items.Problem:product was completely different! How could I provide matching item?Ignored calls,faked priority resolution.Suspicious delay tactics?Possibly intentionally delayed return process to expire return window,leaving me no choice but to accept wrong item.Unacceptable experience.Poor service. Unreliable app
