Sign in process is very difficult, there is no more options if forget user ID password, nothing is improvement here, Otp issues, forget password, or user name find difficult issues, then how expect give an Good service here atleast. ??

There is no way to Login into Apk ,and both Website also. There no forget password /user ID password. No quick response from Tele caller/ Customer care service. Not easy mode Available. Very difficult to Login . Very bad experience.
