Highly unsatisfied with doctor's attitude and when lab results were provided her assistant immediately hung up by just saying results are not correct...at least guide the patient what's wrong..paid twice, once for consultation and then for to show the test you can't book follow up without payment..and then you get this answer by assistant.. highly dissatisfied...not by the app but by doctor...rest doctors needs to understand it's an online session and first time patients may have some uncomfort
