I am @ 80 +.During 1975 I studied about Breathing Yoga & occasionally followed. Even typed & kept beneath the glass of my table & followed as a routine. After Covid in 6/2021, when tried I met failures, but tried to fulfill the adopted cycles. Atlast I succeeded. So everybody must do for their problemless longevity
