This app is a total waste of time and money. It’s glitchy, unreliable, and customer support is nonexistent. No one responds to issues, and when they do, they’re unhelpful. Definitely avoid this app!

Never, under any circumstances, use this fraudulent app. I used it to book an appointment for my father with Dr. Ritesh at Alam Hospital, Ranchi, and upon arriving at the hospital, we discovered the appointment wasn’t booked at all. After causing unnecessary chaos, we were told to wait until evening. Do yourself a favor—skip this app and directly call the doctor’s clinic to make an appointment instead.
