Started using the app probably 10 years ago when I got one of their video doorbells. Never quite worked right. While watching event videos, sometimes the video just stopped. To watch the full video you had to stream multiple times and hope it gets through the whole thing. There were other little things that were annoying, but although frustrating, I could get it to work, somehow. Now I can't even watch the clips anymore. My advice, get something that can work without private software.

Terrible app. Always gave an error problem. Can't open any cameras. Also, playback was terrible, ultra slow to load. When moving to a certain time frame, it would go back to another time frame. It keeps having to load. But I say it was terrible before. Now, I can't even access playback since all I have are error codes.

It can be a little glitchie. But, overall, it's alright. I found clearing your cache, logging out of the app, and back in. This usually corrects it. Support doesn't answer the phone or emails. So don't even bother contacting them. My other option is to contact the contractor who installed our system.

This App is very easy to setup when you use the QR code instead of doing it manually. It does everything for you automatically and you are up and running in no time. What I like about the App, is when you open it, it already shows all of your connected cameras and all you have to do is touch the play button and it automatically updates the video feed. The old App, you had to manually connect to cameras every time you open the App. Very annoying! With this new App, it is much simpler.

I am unable to view history in playback through my LTS Connect app for Version V6.2.51.0910 on Android. It will only start at midnight, but when I scroll through the timeline it just resets back to midnight where I can only watch through in real time. Also there is no timeline for vertical. These also popped up on certain areas of the app: Failed to get the device list. Error Code: (99995) Operating Failed (99995) Previous versions were fine. Please update this ASAP

LTS Connect on Android has stopped working. After trying many different things to restart it, I deleted and reinstalled a fresh version of the app. Now I can access my cameras without a Device Verification Code. I tried to email through this app and it was kicked back as a bad address. I don't know where to look as the company supports installers not end users. I need help. Please email me where I can find this verification code.

My list
I've had several deliveries, and not even 1 of them gets reported in my app. It seems like this Lts connect can only recognize when my family is at the door. My husband's app has only work a few weeks out of the almost a year we've had it. For me, app might work or not just because, & sound it's terrible. I have to open the microphone to speak, pause mic to hear what the person outside is saying, & open again to speak and on and off. Many images won't open & I just received an "error". Unhappy.

For weeks now, it constantly says the device is offline. Might come on for a day then and error again for weeks. Can see everything on the NVR and monitor so I know it's not the system or the internet connection. Wish I could change the number of cameras displayed to any number you choose. Both on the app and the nvr. Would not mind increasing the rating if this stuff gets fixed. The recent update seems a little better, but still have some issues with the connection. Increased a star.

The integration of PTZ controls onto a single page is a commendable enhancement. It would be advantageous if the preset names were automatically imported. Additionally, the inclusion of a VCA search function or an instant replay feature that allows users to rewind for a minute or two would further enhance the user experience.

None Of Your Business
we have had this service for many years. I guess its time to go to a new more reliable service. We tried. The connection to our devices keeps getting broken and we get charged for every visit to reconnect. It would be more appropriate to let the customer reset. Cannot find how to reconnect online. Tired of getting bled for $$$.
