2024-08-03	Wendy Sorrells	Poor. Not formatted correctly. QRcode share access is cut off, and there no way to expand it to be used. App only works horizontally. Logs you out and is a pain to log back in. Logs out your shared devices and gives errors when trying to log back in. The video is poor quality. The time always gets off, and it's a hassel to find a moment on play back because of the time.
2024-05-30	J E	Company is just fine. App is horrible. Failed to playback video. All the time. When it does work, it will freeze your device if you try to scroll, then force closes. If you save video, it's warped.
2024-03-14	Franck Soler	Bad customer service. system doesn't work, we get false alarm and have to pay extra for something that's not our fault. can't get out if contract so have to pay for nothing. we have 2 accounts with them commercial and residential, can't wait for contracts to end.
2024-01-19	Suzanne Romine	Was a good app for a few years, but the playback option no longer works. All I get is a live view with no option to see old footage deeming it somewhat worthless. There is no update available to try and resolve it.
2023-12-10	Nolan B	The playback interface on this app is horrible. The time slider is very sensitive and inaccurate and moves to a new value when I lift my finger. When I used to try and rotate the video to landscape the app would rotate back and forth about 5 or 6 times and have about a 50% chance of staying in landscape. If it didn't, I had to try again. Now when I try to rotate it to landscape, it just closes the video and asks me to select a camera again. Landscape doesn't work now at all.
2022-12-12	Shirley Mack	We fully paid for our cameras and we are still being charged for them. They are always offline. You have to pay $25 for tech to come fix something that shouldn't be ever offline. Central security has a good security system for break-in but just not cameras. We've had them for about 5 years. Go with ring cameras they have better video quality, and don't go offline for days. For way cheaper than I paid for these cameras. 12/12/22 Getting charged late fee 5.99 every m/th. Canceled 1/6/22.
2022-11-24	Phil Hallman	Cameras work ok but app stinks. Can't scroll to see if anything has happened. I have to use my Nest Cameras and app so I can scroll thru the day and find what I want and then try to find exact time on these cameras to view it. Need to make the app scrollable!
2022-05-12	Cyndy Mundt	Navigating and setting up cameras is a NIGHTMARE. The Central Sec. people are not trained in the app. A youtube video for basics in connecting would be helpful to say the least. Apps should be intuitive. THIS IS NOT!!!!!! define device.
2021-07-15	Luke Beard	loading my 8 cameras at once is sometime fast-sometimes slow, and I'm sure it depends on my connection strength and speed, but after reloading they always come up. over all a great app and excellent customer service and support.
