I used this app since 2017. I rated this app 5/5. In the earlier times, there were only few advertisements. We were able to read articles. But now it is not. This is becoming one of the worst kind of apps. You have to watch 30s video to read an article which only takes few seconds to read. I am uninstalling this app. Really dissapointed.

Wonderfully useful and uplifting app. The notifications are non-intrusive and serve as a friendly reminder. The app itself provides bitesised techniques for dealing with a wide range of problems such as stress, work relationships, personal relationships, financal issues, etc. Overall the team have done a fantastic job.
