Excellent provision for annual health check-ups. However, there are shortcomings. I booked for check-ups, which requires visiting the lab. But after a few hours, my booking was canceled, citing the unavailability of doctors. Nobody had contacted me to reschedule the lab visit. From tomorrow, I will be out of station, and therefore, I stand to lose my chance for annual health check-ups. The slot booking process needs to be improved.

Worst experience, while trying to login, OTP is asking and too many OTPs are coming in a seconds time, no one is taking as correct OTP and unable to login, even I have checked for update also, no update pending..... After 24 Hours also, no one is interested to support, now I am thinking that I haven't choose the right insurance, it is better to port to other insurance..
