I lowered my frating from 5 to 4 star because of absense of customer support. I've sent a couple requests for an option to disable the "switch sides" feature since most teams in Tennessee no longer wsitch following the COVID nonsense. I could accept Mr Whu denying my request, but I'm offended that he refuses to acknowledge it.
