| 2024-06-11 |  | | The app is not that great and it does cut in half on a Samsung. Take a minute to load each contact. Long time to send email just spins. But so far the leads are coming in seem to be valid leads. I would just say please try to improve on the app. |

| 2021-10-02 |  | | My experience with market leader has been horrible. When i signed up i specifically told them i am only looking for seller leads, no buyer leads. They said no problem. Many of the leads i got were buyer leads. When i do get seller leads, they are already active listings with some already having accepted offers. Also i recieved leads outside my area where i do not belong to the local mls. I have also recieved leads that have no contact information. None of these leads are verified. |
