| 2021-11-25 |  | | Have downloaded the app and it will not open. Tried deleting and reinstalling and had the same experience. Also have issues using the app via the website snd it won't let me switch from my son's account to mine. Really glitchy and very frustrating. |

The worst bit isn't that it's basically a non-responsive web app in an app, it's that non of it makes any sense even if you're on a desktop computer with a full-size screen. Simple options are hidden in drop-down lists behind icons that don't have anything to do with what they represent and it's a lottery what happens when (and if) you can click a menu button. This app should try to do much less and do it much better. |
