2024-06-22	Egypt Lindsey-Melland	Transactions show as pending and then disappear from pending but haven't come out of account yet. Using the app makes it feel like it's an inaccurate representation of your account balance.
2022-11-11	Carol Golden	I used to like this app very much. Used to use it every day. But now I have to put in my password and username and the device name EVERY! SINGLE! TIME! I! LOG! IN!!! NOT COOL!!! You made it harder to use, instead of Easier. I give you a 1 star out of 5. I was perfectly content using my PIN instead of a password. Now I have to put in my password, and send away for a pass code every time, even though the REMEMBER ME box is activated. P.S. I really hope you read all of these messages and reviews.
2022-10-07	C G	This app is trash . It's always saying I have alot more money then I really do . I'll go buy something thinking I have money to do so next thing I know I'm hundreds of dollars in the hole and now owe them 30 dollars for over draft fees . I belive this app is set up to make us do this . 😂
2022-09-09	Tammy Santy	This app is not user friendly any more. Remember me no longer works I have to enter my log in credentials every time now. I loved the old app where you could just log in with a pin number which was quick and easy. Very disappointed in this new app
2022-08-31	Tricia Disney	The available balance that shows on the quick check screen is NOT accurate. It updates slowly. Even when all transactions are cleared. The "available balance" doesn't always update. Be aware if you're relying on that
2022-07-26	Richard Chessa	What's the point of the remember me If it doesn't work...no need to have to log in each time.. should be able to use the old pin number to get in. If this isn't made more user friendly I for one am on my way out . Shouldn't break a good thing If you don't know how to fix it.JMO

2021-08-03	Lois Wagner	Nothing but problems. This morning all I got was a blank page,( white). Now when I tried again it wants me to verify a change in language. Not going to happen. Called for help. "Uninstall app, reinstall.) Trying now.
2021-08-01	Nick Godfrey	I haven't had any of the issues that others have had. I also don't see an issue to change my password. Other apps make me change passwords every 3-6 months so this isn't a huge deal. I like linking my other accounts from other banks. More of a one stop shop for me now. So overall, I'm fine with the changes.
2021-07-30	Alyssa Libbey	Loved the app before the update, because now I keep having to click learn more, when I open my app just to get to my account... it's updated on my phone why can I not just open my app and use it why do I have to be redirect? I already did everything it asked for.
