"Mobile TEKnet App" is a convenient tool designed for Technical Managers (CoTEK) at Mahindra Dealerships in India. It facilitates direct communication with Engineers at Mahindra Hotline Assistance Centers, enabling users to request diagnostic help effortlessly. The app allows the submission of video/audio files from the workshop floor to assist in troubleshooting. Furthermore, it provides access to a library of resolved TARs, equipped with a powerful search engine to aid in finding solutions for challenging diagnostic issues.

Take long time to open app And every time need log in whole day. If going back then goes to log out. One time log in remain whole day log in that is needed. pl update.

Some additional features mentioned below would be helpful - -Notification for new reply. - New SCR create option in app along with capture/upload photo using mobile will help in reducing overall time required to create SCR -Closed Tar and SCR data helps to diagnose and reduce time which is removed - In new update everytime a user need to enter ID & PW which is inconvenient for user specially for technician.
