This app hasn't worked since I got my new phone Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra... I think I finally discovered what the problem is. I'm not sure but I believe that this app is a 32-bit app and Samsung s24 work exclusively with 64-bit apps therefore until this app is upgraded to 64 bits I won't be able to use it I'm going to get a older phone or a tablet and use the app on it via Mobile hotspot tethering hopefully the app is updated to 64 bits soon. Update 11/24 office said they are working on 64-bit
