I have it set to auto renew but sometimes it just doesn't go through, and then it doesn't allow me to reactivate it manually until the 7 day timer is up. I have loved this game for years now but if my vip progress is gonna reset randomly I think I'd rather just quit hurting myself. |

However, it has 1 glaring issue, which is the tournaments and the battle events to unlock new dinosaurs in that particular battle event like a super rare dinosaur or even a rare dinosaur is really unbalanced when you have to fight. Like there should be no way I have to fight for these super rare and even rare with the ai having all legendary lv 30 or above. Look, devs, please try to fix this issue. |

I bought with real money, card packs. most I got but at least 4 times it crashed as my payment was processing, money was taken out of my bank and I never got my reward. I spend money for nothing and I'm afraid to play multiplayer because it crashes often then too (update) deleted app redownload it loaded then I loaded my Google play and it crashed it won't let me in the app anymore I tried now for days hundreds of dollars lost. |

My only suggestion is that the creation lab should have at least 3 evolution labs for free uses instead of using game currency. Or make it where paying game currency unlockes it permanently for the user. I feel that way the game is much more engaging and effortless in the long run. The thing that is super annoying is that whenever I watch an ad for the extra free pack to open, the game crashes. Secondly, you make players pay the bills to open an additional incubator. Why not have them be permanently open rather than having to pay every time? Especially if we buy the 40 dollar pass, it opens the additional incubator. It cost 35 of the bills every time!!!! Ridiculous! If someone is paying $$, make it free!! |

Edit: It's been 2 years and I decided to continue my game. It is still constantly freezing and kicking me out. I lose card packs and battles because of this issue. I don't understand how this still hasn't been fixed. |

Making my reward and the advertisement forfeit and I get nothing except losing my time. |

It takes days to get through certain steps in the game, and it takes premium currency to do some of those steps while they're locked up. ALL pvp is locked behind premium currency, and the pve is abysmally small. My daughter loves the game, but has hit a point where she's stuck because of the predatory tactics used to squeeze money. |

But I still don't like the amber market, I really wish you could buy and unlock the creatures instead as another way to unlock creatures. Anyway I also have a complaint. I love the game just one thing really sucks, there are so many dinosaurs that are exclusive to tournaments, then the tournaments are literally impossible when you get far enough, the dinosaurs are awesome but the only way to get some of the dinos is to get them in the packs or in the season pass, it makes no sense. but over all it's a better game than it is bad |
