| 2025-01-30 |  |  | I have made my payment since yesterday night. Uptil now they refused to cleared and they said my loan is overdue. Their agent that reached out to me 2days ago said she can't do anything about it, and she's the only person that messaged me. I have reached out to all the customer care lines both via Whatsapp and direct calls, all their line are switched off. This is fraudulent and I will not pay any overdue charges. Resolved! Thanks to the customer care |
