Terrible app. More than half of the time the app will not open even on multiple attempts. Gets you to set up pin numbers multiple times. Once logged in you have the joy of completely incorrect balances!... linking the wrong accounts together, after a year of this it's time to roll all of my Mercer accounts to one of the many other more organised fund managers.

Frequently fails to close down resulting in a requirement to dully log on again with full email, password and then pass code just to get back in. It happens over and over.
