I've just downloaded this app in order to pay for parking due to the ticket station being broken. I can't get the app to do anything remotely like let me pay, and the website is just as bad. I don't want to get fined, but this is a really impossible app to use. Change to Ringo or pay by phone LNER, you may pay for that service, but the number or parking charges you'll successfully have as transactions will exceed that cost immeasurably. P.S. installing it crashed my new Pixel 9 Pro.

Terrible. There is absolutely no point to this app. Wanted to book parking in advance. The app on any operating system, both mobile or laptop, does not allow for the booking of parking in advance.
