2025-01-16	Lahiru Mihimal	When i create a CDS account, last step which is Uploading Selfie and NIC photo is not working. Instead of uploading the Selfie, it redirects me to the starting page every time. I can't open a CDS account because of this issue. This error keeps me away from Investing in stocks of CSE because I can't start without CDS account.
2025-01-10	Pramuditha Dilshan	Bad and bad experience I got when making an account through a app.I unable to make stock market account through this.Although I contact technical support they were also unanswered telphone.my phone is vivo Y20. I cannot upload my nic images and selfie image.After enter image again directed to the main page and lastly inputed data is not when again go there to continue the formation of account
2024-11-19	Janith Renuka	I tried to create cds account, but couldn't finish it because document upload step keep refreshing and navigated back to the first step of the creation. There're 3-4 documents need to upload in that step. If one of doc upload is successful and then the second doc upload is failed, application will navigated back to first step and that succeeded file will be disappeared. Document step should be enable to choose document from device . Even the selfie image uploading is failing(with/without wifi)
2024-10-04	Bn	One thing Sri Lankans people should do. Please give this kind of app development for international recognised people's.....you know what I mean. I was trying to register and uto filter options not working, so then I went to my email to get the code then open the app, suprise is everything gone....normally it app should stay with the current page. Such a stupid....again please give this to Australian company or to eny international company. Looks like Sri Lankans peoples did this app.
2023-09-12	Srimal Priyanga	No option to logout & re-login. Every time need to uninstall & re-install the app, even after re-install it's have only create login option it direct to again account creation. Don't know who makes this kind of weired app, even without basic Login/Log-out feature. Can not change email address, When trying every time shows an error message saying "app ran into a problem please try again later"
2023-07-18	Mohamed Ashan	I have used this app before and uninstalled due to some reason. Now I'm trying to Install it and login to mycse accout, but it doesn't go past the authentication process and it keeps on loading. Seems the app has become more buggy then before.
2023-03-08	Saminda Thenuwara	The CSE App falls short in several areas, including the lack of a search feature (This is a major inconvenience as I have to switch to the website to search for a company, defeating the purpose of having the app in the first place) and slow, laggy performance. While the app does provide valuable company information, it is not enough to overcome these significant limitations. Improving optimization and addressing these issues could make the app more viable for users.
2023-02-25	Arun Ratnam	I filled out my information completely, then there were options to create a security authentication. However, at this point I am unable to proceed due to a few problems; it states that there is "No Sufficient Hardware Level Security on This Mobile," even though I am currently using a smartphone (Samsung S9plus)with that supports face recognition and fingerprint authentication. Could you please advise me on how to resolve these issues
2022-02-02	Chiran Gunawardena	Good direction but needs alot of work still. Should be easier to access graph & charts of favorites stocks instead of just seeing the summary. App shouldnt logout of mycse account forcing a relogin everytime. Better to have pin or fingerprint app load up security. If logged out, instead of giving a notice, the app should automatically load the login process for smoother UX. Ability to view charts horizontally would help alot, or adjust dimensions of charts for better vertical viewing.
2022-01-10	Malith Gallage	Edit: They contacted me as soon as they saw the message and helped me to rectify the issue. This app fails to open in Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. I tried reinstalling the app several times and tried after clearing cache. But it doesn't work.
