Worst experience ever

Update after 2 years Most of the time does not work properly. Several issues. 1. Please add the option of managing more than one account from inside the app. 2. Most of the time the requests made from the app and website are not executed, and/or the email report is not being sent. Also, too often when trying to add any package it gives a glitch. At the end of the day we call the operator, which is time consuming for both Orange and the client.
