Stay away from this financial institution. Their systems are archaic. Buying crypto is a nightmare through them, a lot of issues with authenticating you and preventing transactions. Also, integrating with instant account verification doesn't work. Their customer service is pretty incompetent and resolution is always "talk to the merchant" only to call them again and hope you talk to someone who knows what they are doing. The app still has legacy stuff in it, despite reporting this previously.

I get error messages during snap deposit. It says the amount detected does not match what's on the check. I thought there was a fix to this when this time it said submit anyway. When I hit submit anyway, it still did not process >error with the sum not matching. My sum matches everytime and I have plenty to cover what I am depositing. Please fix this. I do like be able to see everything and lock/manage my card, hence the 2 stars. Will update once sum error issue is fixed. Thanks
