| 2018-01-08 | | | Conducted a significant on-the-course test for the LiveView app and camera on Thursday, Sep 21, 2017. 2 Phones: Google Pixel (2016) and iPhone 6 2 Golfers for 18 holes Videos were only taken on the tee box. About 34 videos in total on the Pixel and 12 on the iPhone. Most of the videos were taken of the down-the-line viewpoint. However, we did do about 6 face-on viewpoints. Sound recording worked very well. Only, did this for 8 videos. However, I only tested this on the Pixel phone. The Pixel was only 3 feet away from the golf ball and sensitivity was set to the bottom (most sensitive). The golf round took almost 4 hours and the battery life on the camera lasted the entire round. (Awesome!) On the whole, I was very pleased with the app and camera performance on the course. Highly recommend. |
| 2017-08-29 | | | Great app. You need to buy the camera for the app to work. All the negative reviews are because they don't have the live view golf camera. It has a special built in Wi-Fi that connects to the app. |
