So if you have a group text chat going, they will get your auto replies with every message received, even if ever number in the group has been added to the "do not reply" list. Very frustrating. |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | Bought this to auto reply to customers who text me at all hours. I needed some peace. But, it doesn't reply on time and often replies hours later. It replies to any group chat, whether or not those folks are on the bypass list. I could live with that, but when I have it on, and someone not on the bypass list texts me at 11:00 pm, they can't then be notified at 3:00 am! That's unprofessional. I really wish it worked. Had to uninstall. |
| 2024-10-20 |  | | After reading the reviews, i created a test auto reply template. It says its running and j have only the one phone number im testing with. Sure enough, i get a text message, no auto reply is sent out. Auto reply rule was simple.: when text from one phone number, auto reply the word "test". Couldnt be any simpler, yet it fails. All permissions the app requires are set to allow. Will be requesting refund on ground of a non working app. S23FE |
| 2024-08-31 |  | | There is a option in settings under "Do Not Reply List" here you can add single contacts, groups of contacts, single members Etc. no matter how I add contacts or numbers into the list, the are not ignored and get the auto reply. It should be noted that this has happened only on a new android 14 device. My old android 13 device never had the problem |

The app has stopped working, and there is no customer service info or help to fix the problem. I will not be purchasing again- what a waste of money! |

| 2021-08-27 |  | | Used to work, but after last Android update the scheduled autoresponders this version of app no longer work on my Samsung A51, even after ensuring all permissions and messenger notifications enabled for the app. That said, support were quick to respond to assistance requests and troubleshooting. Currently trying a version of app directly from creator website to see if resolves issue and will update appropriately. |

Right as I was leaving for vacation 😳, so I uninstalled and tried to re-install, now it won't install! I paid for the app, I'm a samsung user. Help! Part 2: I changed my review to 4 stars, it's Working! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My only hiccup now, is I want to have 2 different Auto Replies running at same time for 2 different #'s, but I don't know if this app has that feature. 🤷🏻♀️ |
