App detects fridge but doesn't connect. Disappointed to see other similar reviews from 1-2 years ago and it's still not fixed!

App works well, BUT, the voltage side of the app is inconsistent compared to my actual voltage for my second battery which my fridge/freezer is running off. Sometimes it will read in the 11 volt range, sometimes in the 12 volt range but never accurately.
