We have this doorbell on a commercial premises and I need access to the app but do not need a notification every time the doorbell is pressed!**

Terrible. Looks like I connect and then I get message: "The cloud cannot be reached. Try again in a few moments". Two weeks later... Same message over and over. No where to go for help.
