Build-in "Further Activities" can't be downloaded for all types, Charlie, Tricky, Blast, MVP, Gelo. It showed download failed at the right side of the screen when I click "download all" in app. LEGO had promised to support MINDSTORMS apps until end of 2024. I had tried Android and iOS, mobile phone and tablets. None of them works. Could you please help to fix them? I'll be very appreciate.

We've been trying the LEGO Spikes recently. We've been going for a week and have had several technical problems. The hub has trouble connecting. Some devices have more features than others, and we've had anywhere from 0-2 updates per hub, per device, per day (no they do not add the missing features), these updates can take most of class; sometimes these updates will finish up completely before giving an error and restaring. I don't know the root cause, but I hope the Spikes can be used in class.

It does not have an option to change the name of a project upon creation, you have to save it and then go back and change the name. It would also be nice to be able to add photos to project thumbnails but it does not need that. Also you can only have 2 motors on movement mode, I use 4 in some situations but can't with the movement blocks.

Why oh why wouldn't you make this app available on Chromebooks?! Edit: so the standard reply from support is to check their website for compatible devices, but the website basically shrugs to say "try it on your device and see if it works". Which leaves the community very confused - nobody can confirm if it will work on Chromebooks or which ones. Since Chromebooks are far more suited and more widely used in education settings than tablets are, this is a really bad situation for LEGO customers.

App looses connection to the Hub whilst the program is in streaming mode and yiu are controlling your creatiin with a remote control. One then has to disconnect, and reconnect again before the connection returns. This happens every 5 or so minutes. It greatly destroys the enjoyment of using this app.

Great app really easy to program, and it makes it fun to play with it every time👍. I only don't really like the community tab. I have been waiting to see a new community project. And what is also is really hard is to copy and paste. And it's not on the "help" Thing. If that would be easier than that would be great. But it can be hard to learn the scratch programming language. But you will get how it work. It's just so fun, because you can actually do anything you want. And you learn a lot.

Really easy to code. Scratch Programming Blocks makes it easier to program as many kinds da are familiar. Been using this app for a year and no problems! However, the community tab is not like it's name. I would much rather have the tab to be able to share videos of self created robots. To prevent unnecessary videos, maybe implement an Admin Check

Mixed Feelings about this app. You can do a lot with it, but am looking for options such as "save as" to make a copy of a project and there just doesn't seem to be a way? So missing some crucial features to just be able to manage the basics.

There appears to be a fatal bug when using "Open with..." Mindstorms to import .lms files containing Code Blocks projects. The app restarts without actually importing the project. Interestingly, it successfully imports .lms files containing Python projects (tho, not .py files). Btw, it took a bit of prodding to get my phone to recognizes this app as the default opener for .lms file type. The built-in file browser won't.

Like so many people trying to get the Bluetooth to connect, this is an absolutely horrendous experience. It took over an hour to finally update the Hub using two different Android devices. And now it wants us to update the motors, but we can't even open the video that we're directed to to begin the process. Big fail Lego. We're huge fans of Lego but maybe they need to step out of the robotics ring for a while until they can get their *stuff* together.
