| 2021-12-14 |  | | App randomly would decide not to scan any badges on all three devices we were using. It seemed to glitch after using the phone camera to take a picture, but sometimes it was hard to guess the cause of the bug. Either way, we missed out on valuable leads directly because the app wouldn't work. The cost of the service is already highway robbery when it is working! |
