Dear lazada, I've been using this app for 5 years now. I never had any problem before its a great app no bug or whatsoever but please remove jnt as your courier service, because of jnt i lost my parcel, they dont even bother to message to ask my location or telling me to collect it at their delivery hub. Please dont use this courier. Ninja van and flash express were better before you guys put jnt as your courier service. Thank you

Bryan Kamijan, 2025-02-03Estimated shipping date of the orders are not accurate especially on Chinese sellers. The app says guaranteed delivery on a specific date but they don't even ship it out even past that date. Biased on overseas and chinese sellers. It's annoying because I thought I would get the item on the estimated date but it's fake.
