Very disgusting customer service. Very frustrated as the app's not been working since last 2 months yet the team hasn't even responded to the single mail and neither fixed the issue. Have paid for 3 months but i think it's completely waste of money and the lastlog team doesn't care about their reputation and customers. This service towards the customers is very very disappointing.

The app is not working from last two days. I have valid subcription till 30th Dec 2022. Even after mailing the issue , the problem remains. Should immediately provide solution and extend the period of app validity. Do not increase subscription amount. The app is not working from 8th Dec 2022. No reply from maker. They want to double up subscription charges with this type of service. This is really funny. On 25th Dec 2022. The status is same as above. Not Working still. Wastage of money.
