Extremely frustrating to navigate. The user agreement begs to have an attorney prrsent. All I wanted to accomplish was a simple sign-in to avoid the hassle at their kiosk every time you need a test done. That isn't an option. If you don't mind signing all your rights away and enjoy hacking your way through an endless maze of mindless screens, this is the app for you. A waste of time.

Not even close to as good as MyChart app. I can not wait for Henry Ford health care after fully transitioning Acension locations in Detroit to Ditch Labcorp. They are insanely slow to process patient results and when they process it the results in language are extremely vague. Again terrible company just like Acension. Thank God Henry for health care systems are switching to Mychart app once fully integrated
