Smart Workforce

I've been using Smart Workforce for the past nine months, and I find the sign-in and sign-out feature incredibly user-friendly. The leave management system is also excellent, providing a clear view of all leave quotas. The advanced shift scheduling is a big time-saver, as I can plan my weekly shifts in advance. One feature I particularly appreciate is that no one can mark their shift if they’re outside the designated area radius, which helps prevent time fraud.

The Smart Workforce app offers a user-friendly experience that makes it easy for both employees and managers to track work hours, breaks, and attendence in real time. I am currently using it's Time & Attendence management feature, everything is good other than some minor errors that occasionally cause small glitches during login. I hope that the Smart Workforce development team continues to work on these small errors to make the experience even better!
