I was putting in an order, and the app crashed in Dec. I have not been able to get access to the app since then. I keep getting an error message that says "unable to access authentication. Service code 1" I have reached out to customer service several times without a solution. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the app several times. I even try it signing up again but I'm unable to because it is seeing my email address in use. I hope there is a solution

I don't know what is going on but this app is so helpful to plan our shopping trip and add/validate coupons at the store. However some weeks ago it began logging me out repeatedly at the store so I would dutifully log back in quickly with my fingerprint. Now biometric login by fingerprint seems to have disappeared since I no longer get prompted for it and I can't find an option to activate it. I can't believe it would be removed since it's so well known to be more secure than a password.
