| 2025-02-04 |  | | Graphs are garbage and they have a slider to adjust buying range instead a few options for percentages. Fail. The loading times are so slow, better to use on computer. The biggest thing I don't like about this app is if you sit there with the buy or sell button ready it will sell or buy when you slide the buy option. I slid mine on 2.71. I bought at 2.63. It still bought at 2.71. What a waste of money. And it. Bugs out allot. Doesn't show my recent buy orders. I'm. Currently looking elsewhere |
| 2025-01-13 |  | | I've been on the platform for 5 years and rarely had an issue. once I had a problem figuring something out and made a phone call and was able to speak to someone who could clearly explained how to fix my issue. they are FTC approved in the United States I did recently have an issue buying and selling my crypto through the app and was only able to do it through my PC for a period of about 48 hours. this is never happened before and the issue is resolved. |
| 2024-12-13 |  | | Ever since the new update, no longer getting real time market updates. Cleared cache, reinstalled ect, nothing fixes it. Usually like a 2 second delay which definitely matter when you're scalping dips or selling high. Few second errors can lead to hundreds or thousands lost in gains or liquidity in your account. Other then that it's a great app. |

Login password, screen lock pattern from phone, then fingerprint. Otherwise, it doesn't let me even log in, and I never set up like that. I'm tired of logging in again and again with why there is no option to select to keep login info safe or something or keep loggin. |

Also there is no avg cost stat for any coin, as in it doesn't show your average buy in price. They make you calculate it yourself. If these two things improved this would be the best crypto app out there, but due to slow laggy charts and not enough information on asset positions is really making it a mid tier app for me. |

My Favourites list gets reset each time I open the app; it's irritating to say the least! Apart from this recent glitch, I'm quite satisfied with the app. |

I would think these guys would think that's very important considering it's your assets which is your livelihood, which is your money. I'm just grateful that there is an app on a phone for any exchange to get to real quickly. |

Having the ability to see the LAST price as the default price show, instead of the index price (without having to rotate my phone) and I don't think the OTO orders execute correctly on orders placed via the app, where the web version works correctly. I am trying to become a FT trader and need my tools to be awesome! |

Support doesn't respond as to why, no answer to chat or emails. I've never had so many problems with a service. Total disappointment. Too many other, with better services, platforms to use than put up with this. |

The buy it now price seems out of sync with current market value by enough of a margin to put a bad taste in your mouth. Also, fees could be a little cheaper, in my opinion. The purchase history detail could be more transparent and detailed. Still decent for just a quick purchase. |
