| 2025-02-01 |  | | While very new to crypto currency and exchange, I was unaware of the hidden fees that one is charged, as well as how the purchase price that you see isn't the purchase price actually. The market is volatile enough on its own, but to have your purchase price different by approx $1,600.00 is ridiculous. The margins and percentages are greatly affected by Kraken's hidden fees. Other venues have a confirmation page so that you see exactly what the purchase price will be. I will be using those now. |

I spent 30$, they pulled out 50$ which never showed up in my account, I created a support ticket, they refunded the money back, NOW they want the 20$ back even though it wasn't theirs to begin with my account is locked because they think i owe them $20. They have been sued for this before and they are still doing it. |

The app doesn't actually say why the failure happened so it's impossible to resolve. Awful customer service. (I appreciate the developer reply but I have an open support ticket. I can't look up a price at specific moments in time cause it doesn't tell me the time and date. I'm pretty sure this worked in the past. |

However has a problem with using the app long term it seems to lock itself after 30 or 40 seconds. Also means that when you try to purchase there is no guarantee that it will send the info. There's no browsing time. I tried sending an email I got an auto reply saying check the FAQ for further help. All of these issues started right as I downloaded it |
| 2025-01-11 |  | | My experience with Kraken has been outstanding. The setup process is the most simple of any exchange app. Buying and swapping crypto couldn't be easier. The customer service is extremely supportive. I had an issue logging back in swapping phone numbers, and it was resolved very quickly within less than 20 minutes. I have had no glitches, bugs, or lag. I would definitely suggest this app to buy coins and then transfer them to a hard wallet and place it in a safe. This is #1. Hands down the best. |
| 2025-01-03 |  | | Was working fine. Loved it. Lately though every time I open it it says updating and just stays that way forever. Not able to do anything. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Go to sign in screen and flashes updating screen again. Why is it updating when I just reinstalled it? Tried clearing cache and force stopping it. Still updating. No...keeping app open on that screen doesn't update it. I kept it there for minutes on WiFi. Nothin. Maybe time to take my money off if it's gonna be so unreliable. |

It wasn't this way few weeks ago, now im trying to login to the app and it does nothing immediately i open the app but show updating. You guys seriously need to do something about it. I just recently installed Kraken Pro just cus of this issue and it's my first time opening the app and it still shows the same thing on first screen "updating" |

They said the markets fluctuate during the process. I looked after my purchase and the price was 2.14. Plus, it wouldn't jump from 2.14 to 2.18 in less than a minute. I noticed they did it in the past but overlooked it. This time, i didnt. I'm done with this app...CROOKS |

It will randomly decide the correct sign-in credentials are wrong, it delinked my bank account without notice or explanation, and support is beyond comically inept. They don't actually address questions or concerns, they make you wait hours or longer to give you a copy-and-paste link to an FAQ article that doesn't have the answer in it. |
