2025-01-26	Melvin Travers	I have had no problem activating Hbar and Jasmy wallets, but it will not activate my HTS wallets (Sauce and Hashpack) I keeps saying, activating this may take a few minutes, I have tried 3 times and waited for an hour, but it's not activating, and costing me 1.5 Hbar for each attempt!!!
2025-01-18	Ronald Stroud	I haven't had any problems I like my cold wallet but all of a sudden now I cannot move my HTS hedera tokens from my wallet. Of course they do not provide a price in USD for the HTS tokens but even with that I still was able to move to my wallet and off my wallet but all of a sudden now I cannot very frustrating

2025-01-03	Darien Cook	I love the ability to invest in tokens that are not available on most sites. I did have issues with lost tokens during swaps within the app, and a couple of swaps from other platforms. For ex, I lost CRO and ONE on several occasions. It was due to having multiple versions of the token within the dcent app. I lost some Horizen I swapped internally on the app. The issue doesn't deter me from recommending it. Maybe a better understanding of the interoperability with multiple versions of a token.

2024-12-11	Xi Xi	v7.10 errors corrected on the card wallet. Initial labeling of chains was mixed with big and small letters causing it to look like a joke. Now it's cool. Fix the following too ; 1. Do not preset the gas fee with high gwei. Let gas fees auto calculate as all apps do by using lowest gwei. Your preset gwei is very high. 2. We need multiple cards platform.Just a click we switch to different card wallets. Always scanning card is very boring. 3. Add theme setting to card wallet app. 3 stars 4 u.🫡

2024-12-05	Marius	I do not recommend this app. It is slow and it lags. Customer service is slow too, but they finally answered and told me that when I close my account I lose 10 XRP forever because XRP toolkit only supports their Biometric wallet, for regular app users it's Impossible to get back the 10 XRP that Ripple reserves upon opening an account. Ripple's policy is 2 XRPs are lost when closing account. You can't sell your 10 XRPs either, but in Kraken, Binance, etc. you can.

2024-12-03	Mr. Juan	App will not accept the code to recover. I have used the code before when getting a new device, now it says check the spelling on my code. It's the same code. Who can help me?
