    10/24 Update: The new look and feel app bugs me for my location everytime i open it. I don't think it is necessary, and that dialog is annoying. Latest version just crashed within 5 seconds of opening, even without doing anything or logging in. No amount of clearing cache, storage or reinstalling the app helps

    In this new version, the user interface takes me back to 2009. It is terrible to look at.

    Update- I turned off the debug mode and fixed the problem. I reinstalled the app and can't set up the biometric login because of exceeding the maximum # enrollment. How can I override the previous setup? Recently when open the app it alerted that "To safeguard your data, this application doesn't support debugging ". What can be done to resolve the issue?

    UPDATE 2023-12-15: The fix in 23.1.2.4061 works! Thanks for fixing it quickly. Original review: I have 23.1.1.4043. This app is entirely unusable. It crashes within 9 seconds of being opened, regardless of whether I try to log in. I have it on both Google 8 Pro and Google 6 Pro phones with the same result. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it

    It's back in the crapper again. I can't even open it on my phone crashes immediately. Has done so since mid-november or whenever it was I updated. I wish I could roll back to an older version. I happen to know that the developer is well aware of this and it's not fixed yet. (My bank manager relayed this info)

    Some time ago they switched app architectures, from one of the best versions of a banking app I've used, to something else that behaves much worse in many ways (layout, speed, navigability). Logging in, especially, is much clunkier and a clear step backwards.

    Terrible useless app just like the website. Everything sticky, needs customer service to navigate, password recovery is not a thing without customer service. Why can't they just simplify it. I don't know what any of the menus mean. It seems so useless. Maybe I'm just useless 😓. I felt like customer service was navigating me through a maze in an RPG. I still had to use the link to pay my bill. Customer service is really nice though. Update I wrote this a year ago and none of the problems fixed

    Every few months you update your system, after every update I'm locked out. I use my fingerprint to log in. Your app. kicks me completely out of the sign-in process and then locks up. Everytime you update I'm not able to access my account. This is both frustrating & inconvenient, it shouldn't be. Since you update your system so frequently, you need to make it easier for customers to do business as usual. Having to call customer svc to do any transaction is ridiculous.
