If u give requirements for account upgrade and all requirements are met,have been met 4 months why is my account not yet upgraded, test documents are verified Opay has a seamless process, never been to their office cause their app works, never had to spend money to call cause their app works Kongapay doesn't have toll free lines, but their app na 1 week 1 trouble
