Phugs turns out you cannot really link it to Google Home like it says and if you're not standing right by it and wait 3 to 5 minutes without app open, you have to have their app open to be able to control it, you can't use the Google Home. It will not do it. You have to have theirs open and in it takes forever. I have no other problems with any of the other devices. I have that aren't necessarily Google like mercuryou're Phillips. Perfect for heaters alarms for lights. Looking to get 5 more smart plugs. Keep up the great work dev team thank you. |
| 2023-12-02 |  | | I have been playing with a couple of devices and the app for about a week now. The scheduling was almost intuitive but I was able to figure it out without a manual (is there one?) One of the things I first notice in scheduling is the lack of a calendar concept. I am limited to a weekly schedule when what I really need is an annual schedule so I can set things to happen at different times throughout the year. |

Connectivity is also poor, sometimes taking up to 15 seconds to fully load and connect to my devices so I can just turn something on or off. Been using them for 2 years now and they ALL work just fine. They work perfectly with the app for manual turn on/off and perfectly everytime on set schedule, every single time, every single one. |

Some on some off, switching ar random times. Task failed to trigger. I'm just going to do it myself in tasker this app is total garbage |

My wifi has the speed and ability, this app is unable to pair and my phone is inches from the outlet. Tried several times during two hours and two mini plugs. Pairing should not be this difficult. Tried a different room, still no luck. Returning everything. |
