2024-10-29	Gülcay Tuna	The staff member who received the payment, was not much help: she was unaware of the problem as she did not pay attention to what I was saying gave me wrong information. Then, she understood and received the payment, however did not give full information about how to activate the calls. I said I will stay here untill the calls are active to make sure, so I can get help before I leave. Another staff approaced me to helped me. He said I had to put off and restart the phone, which I did not know.
