The app makes things more complicated than seamless ordering. Ex no offers shared on the app so you can order before leaving home and its ready for pickup by the time you reach kitchens@. Says this on the app "Please walk into the outlet to order this product as it is currently not available for online ordering." So what's the point? You can't order in the kitchen or the conceirge, they make you download this app and then do it. Imagine forgetting your phone... kitchens@ will not let you order!
