Not a good app. Because if you purchase their e-cards.. there is no in-app notification to let you know the balance will expire. So, good luck to monitor the expiry dates. That is why, don't buy their e-cards because too much hassle to monitor the expiry dates and they will never return your lost balance. I lost about $100 worth of balance.

Terrible User Experience & Poor Customer Service Fave’s eCard system is disappointing. The app doesn’t notify you of the eCard's expiry date, forcing you to check it manually. Customer service feels robotic, repeating generic responses without caring much about your situation. When the nearest vendor closed, no helpful alternatives were offered. The system is manual and user-unfriendly. If you struggle with remembering dates or don’t want to check constantly, this service is a waste.
