I had the first version of this app and it was zipped for some time.Now it doesn't get unzipped. Need to check an old consultation. Please help

Doesn't work on my Galaxy a15. Just shows a white screen. How is it that a online consultation can only happen on the mobile and not through a link for laptops? So if the app fails, I need to move my consultation. It's ridiculous.
