App crashed entirely while abroad and kbc has no solution to reinstall without card reader or itsme in Belgium, left me stranded without access, horrendous service.

Honestly, the best mobile banking app I've ever used and I've used about four of them. It's the easiest to understand and use at first glance. It's packed with features that are actually useful and not just a gimmick I found on others. Kate is one of the features that makes everything easy and intuitive to use. The app is always working which is weird to say but trust me I had one specific banking app that was always under maintenance or just not working especially when you need it the most.

Would be a 5 star if they just removed their Kate chatbot. That thing is absolutely useless, a bottleneck, waste of time and cause of frustration in an otherwise smooth application. In the last years there hasn't been a single occasion (not exaggerating) in which it has remotely helped me. The worst chatbot I ever interacted with (that includes those early chatbots in the 2010's) Get rid of it please. Or give me at least the option to switch it off

As per app limitation, you can not optimise desisired value of transaction but multiple of 250 or 500 euro or more alike. International transaction with this bank is slow and chargeable a lot than wise beyond Europe, as well as this bank card is not acceptable in each location. You don't receive any transaction alerts (debit or credit) in this bank in any case which is most important thing for any one but kate points notification used to come no matter you don't like it.

Please do not show an unskippable and repeating birthday greeting when opening the application. I have encountered it twice, when attempting to pay via QR (where timing matters). It's bad ux. Either display a clear X or minimize it as a notification. Thank you. Otherwise, the overall app experience is good, but sometimes too bloated and distracting if you wish to use it for simple payment-related tasks.

When I accidentally transfer money then I can't cancel it. They say call KBC Live! This is a major problem with this app. I think that I will cancel my account with KBC.

Updated app now has gone screen ads and is very slow. The UI is just as bad as before. Keeps getting worse.

New update .. advertising added on launch screen. Smh. ,,,, I want my banking app to focus on being a banking app. It doesn't need to be more than that.
